Provided that the conditions outlined in our Return and Refund Policy have been satisfied, eligible refunds will be processed using the original method of payment. Customers wishing to return an item purchased online may do so by sending the product to the return address provided by our customer service team. Please contact our support team before sending any item back to ensure that the return is handled according to the applicable procedure.

To be eligible for a return, items must be returned within 30 days of the original purchase date, accompanied by the original purchase receipt or proof of purchase. All products must be returned in their original condition, unused and unworn, with all original labels, tags, packaging, and accessories attached wherever applicable. Products that show signs of use, alteration, damage caused after delivery, or missing components may require further inspection before a return or refund decision is made.

Customers are advised to carefully inspect their packages upon delivery and document the condition of the parcel and its contents during opening. A clear, continuous video recording of the package opening and product inspection may be requested to help verify the condition of the item received and assess any reported damage, missing items, or discrepancies. Where such evidence is reasonably required to investigate a claim, failure to provide sufficient supporting evidence may affect the assessment of the return or refund request, subject to applicable consumer protection laws.

Please ensure that all return requests include accurate order details and a clear description of the reason for the return. Our team may review the submitted information and supporting evidence before determining eligibility under this policy. Customers should wait for return instructions from customer service before dispatching their products, as items sent to an unapproved address may experience processing delays.

Original shipping and delivery charges are generally non-refundable unless the return concerns faulty, damaged, incorrectly supplied, or misdescribed goods, or where reimbursement is otherwise required by applicable law. Any approved refund will be processed after the returned item and relevant documentation have been reviewed. Processing times may vary depending on the original payment method and the payment provider.

This policy does not exclude or limit any rights or remedies available to customers under applicable consumer protection laws. All return and refund requests will be assessed in accordance with the terms stated above and the legal requirements applicable to the transaction.
